Delivery & Returns

Delivery

UK Deliveries

Order on a weekday and we’ll send out your order within 24 hours. During busy periods (e.g. in the months leading up to Christmas) this could take a day or two longer, but we’ll do our best to make sure it doesn’t.

Orders placed between 1pm Friday and midnight Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday.

For orders over £30 delivered within the UK, shipping is completely FREE.

Delivery for UK orders below £30 is calculated based on weight starting at just £2. This is calculated for you at checkout so you can confirm before you buy.

Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 48 Hours, but other options are available.

Any posters will be sent out in a separate poster tube to avoid crinkles or creases.

International Deliveries

We do ship internationally, but only to home addresses. Orders to any forwarding companies or PO Boxes will be cancelled and refunded.

At the moment, our website only accepts orders placed by UK and EU residents, but we can ship further afield. If you live elsewhere, please send us a message telling us the items you’re after, and we’ll get back to you with the available shipping options.

Returns

We hope you never have any problems ordering from us, but we understand that sometimes you might need to make a return.

Consumer Contracts Regulations dictate that your cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it.

If you need to make a return during this period, email us at senpai@yokaiju.co.uk with your order number, details on the item/s you’d like to send back and why. We’ll send you a returns number and let you know the returns address within within a couple of days.

After you’ve received your returns number, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item. You’ll need to write the returns number under our returns address on the parcel. Once your return has been delivered back to us, we’ll take around 2 days to process it.

Returns fall into two categories: faulty items and unwanted items.

Where an item you have received is faulty, we’ll cover the cost of return postage, either by sending you a pre-paid postage label or refunding the amount to your original payment method. If you choose to return the item via your own shipping method, you’ll need to keep a copy of the receipt so that we can confirm how much to refund you. We can offer a replacement for faulty items (if stock is available), or a full refund. We won’t charge any postage for replacement items. Refunds for faulty items will be for their full value, plus any postage incurred.

If a returned item is just unwanted, we’ll have to ask you to pay for return postage. Refunds for unwanted items will be for their full value, but won’t include a refund for the original shipping paid.

For all returns, you’re fully responsible for ensuring they’re safely packaged, and that all original packaging/tags aren’t tampered with. If the original packaging/tags have been tampered with (i.e. the item is ‘unsaleable’), we’ll unfortunately have to charge a repackaging fee (equal to 15% of the item’s value). In extreme cases where returned items are considered outside of fair use/significantly damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In particular, clothing items must be received in the state they were sold in. We’re unable to accept any clothing returns with visible signs of wear, stains or other such marks. Please don’t remove any tags from clothing items until you’re 100% sure that they fit. If you’ve received something that’s too big/small, we’ll happily swap it for a different size, but we’ll have to ask that you cover the cost of return postage. We won’t charge for postage on the replacement items, though.
